My husband and I worked briefly with Alexandra and we only have her praises to sing. From the timeliness of her arrival to the home we were looking at, to the professionalism throughout the walkthrough, she was extremely attentive, personable and knowledgeable. Any questions we asked were answered thoroughly and astutely. We will be keeping Alexandra on our list of great people to work with and we highly recommend her for your real estate needs!

Alexandra was wonderful to work with! I found her to be very knowledgeable based off her YouTube channel. I met her in person and my opinion of her only grew with respect as how she carried herself personally and professionally. My sale was not easy and we dealt with curve balls left and right but we continued on with the process. I’m thankful for her knowledge and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

We were looking for a realtor to help us sell our home. My wife had already called at least three others throughout the day, and did not get a single call back from any of them. The next day she found "Alexandra Shupe", read about her, and decided to call her. She called and left a message just as she did they day prior with 3 other Realtors. We both thought "here we go again" but it was less than 30 minutes, and she got back with us. After speaking and meeting with her, we knew that "Alexandra" was positively the right Realtor for us! She has a go getting positive attitude, and an honesty about her that makes it really easy to talk to her. She stayed in great communication with us throughout the entire selling process and provided us with anything we needed to make informed decisions about selling our home. From listing the home, and then through the entire process to include closing, she was there for us at every step. My wife and I could not imagine not having her as our Realtor! We would not hesitate for a second to work with her again to help with a purchase or the selling of a home. Giving her just 5 stars on Google Reviews does not seem like enough. She deserves more! Thank you Alexandra for everything!

Alexandra is the best of the best. I have incredibly high expectations and she by far exceeded them. She was very on top of everything and had our back and proved she was there for us during some difficult situations in the process while buying our home. Alexandra is incredibly professional, personable and knowledgeable and has a unique background that makes her perfect for the role that she's in. I am grateful that we had Alexandra by our side on our journey to finding our perfect home as we moved from Illinois to Florida. Highly recommend!

My parents recently moved from South Florida to Palm Bay, FL. In researching the area we came across Alexandra’s YouTube videos about Palm Bay, FL. The videos were very informative and helped us learn a lot about the area. After watching we decided to contact her and are very glad we did. Alexandra saw us through the entire home buying process, her professionalism and attention to detail is outstanding. Felt like she was part of our family in how she looked out for us. We had the opportunity to work with Alexandra and Josh. Their attention to detail and professionalism are top-notch. While viewing properties, they would also walk around taking their notes, at the end she would ask about our thoughts, and input their professional advice. But most importantly, I loved her patience, I’m not the best at replying right away to emails or text messages, but she was always available. They made the process from viewing properties to closing effortless. They both make a great team! Highly recommended.

Alexandra is THE realtor you want for your Space Coast or surrounding area home, bar none! Being from out of state, we could not be present for much of the home buying process and she was key in making the purchase of our new home a smooth transaction. She was readily available to answer all of our questions and was our boots on the ground between us and the builder. She spotted critical things during our walkthrough I’d have never looked twice at and they were all relevant. Trust her with your business!
